RPFМ — 1 set-up operator;
МКЛ-19Р(А), PFМE-2 — 1 set-up operator;
УБК-2, UBК-3, RК-100 — 1 set-up operator;
UСD-2000 — 1 set-up operator, 2-3 workers for downloading-unloading the output;
UСD-6М — 2 workers (women are preferable);
PKМ-10 and load handling — 2 workers.

Staff training is available at the premises of the company «Meshkodel» in our virtual paper sacks plant and is included into the price of our equipment.

2 DETAILS FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF MANUFACTURING FACILITIES

Premises should be heated.
Length: from 18 m.
Width: from 10 m.
Height: for PPМ-3E more than 3,8 m.
Water supply and sewerage - for daily living needs, thinning glue and paint, washing up the recipients for glue and paint.
Electricity supply: 380 W (50 Hz) from 5 till 25 kWt, depends on the configuration.

3 DETAILS FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF STORAGE CAPACITIES

Premises should not be heated.
For raw material storage — on average, one rolling of paper is about 500 kg and occupies the volume of 0,8 m3.
For finished-products storage area — one bale which includes less than 5000 sacks, on average, is about 400 kg and occupies the volume of 0,9 m3. The bale is 1200х1000х800 mm.

4 LAYOUT OPTIONS FOR EQUIPMENT

These options are offered only for one type of premises. The customer can give us details about the manufacturing facilities and our specialists will place our equipment, keep in mind the optimization of the technical production, the conditions of occupational and fire safety.
