It is generally intended for chromatic printing onto the paper web (finishing coat of the paper sack). It has shared mechanical drive with UBТ-3000.

Flexographic printing method has some specialties such as changing the plate rollers for each length of the sack masterpiece (developed length of the plate roller should be equal to length of the sack masterpiece). These rollers are produced by specialized plants and have reasonably high cost.
Out specialists designed the original technology of producing plate rollers by application highly-qualified polymers onto the metal base. It allows us to offer the customer rollers of different diameters at a more favorable price.
Gumming-up of the ductor rollers is performed by German equipment using polygraphic rubber produced in Great Britain. This flexographic machine uses power grip circuit diagram of feeding printing units to reverse roller and it allows reducing the scrap frequency rate during the setting-up of chromatic printing.

This line produces automatically workpieces of 1-5 layers with longitudinal and lateral gluing, application of perforation tracks and longitudinal cuts. If it is necessary you can fix the perforation assembly unit along the whole workpiece with the interlayer moving. You can produce workpieces with polyethylene layer. Polyethylene roll is fixed onto the winding-out unit by one of the rolls and polyethylene web moves between paper webs. As the result there is a workpiece with the interlayer polyethylene supplementary sheet. This sleeve machine has a possibility to fix on it a unit for production workpieces with three bellows.

In this line a modern system of electronic control based on high precision and fast servo drives provides precise mutual point-to-point operation of machinery for stable activity is used. The time of change-over is kept to a minimum (adoption of the other type and size of a sack) and lasts for 5-15 minutes. All the main characteristics of the workpiece are brought in with the control touch screen. In addition to all standard operating regimes of work on workpieces length, perforation and cuts there is machine work by means of eyespot. For the purpose of online control system monitoring, software updating and efficient emergency messages reading there is a possibility to fit up the line with GSM module. This sleeve machine provides the possibility to fix the unit for producing workpieces with three bellows.

Press flexographic machine of tier-like construction can apply chromatic printing onto the paper web, winding it up from the prime paper roll to the acceptance one (roll-type flexographic machine). It is an independent machine which can work out a wide range of tasks connected with the rolls forming for the next in-machine usage of the printed stock while producing paper sacks, paper packets and separate sheets.
Machine drive uses the newest transmission system which let us to complete the coverage of any length (in the above mentioned limits) without any pitch (tooth gear pitch). Built-in blocks of control the web supply into the printing units and stretching or winding the covered paper web enable to have qualified printing and fixed, tight winding of the covered roll. Through pneumatics and electronic control system with touch-sensitive display it’s comfortable and clear for the mechanic to work with РПФМ.
This machine has the possibility to fix six printing units (six-color printing).
